It is a mixture of all the knowledge and self defense Instructor Israel Velez has studied. Israel Velez III has black belts in freestyle karate, kickboxing, shotokan, kempo, kenpo, Tang Soo Do, Tae Kwon Do, Yoshin ryu jujitsu and freestyle Jujitsu. The course also includes karate submission locks, quick tips to end a fight , how to make your punches and blocks faster and Boxing instruction . Instructor Velez will also show you how to train at home with a partner or by yourself. The Karate course is 100.00. AMJ Pressure point/pain techniques (Shioku Waza): AMJ examines approximately 100 pressure points and numerous pain technique applications to add to your Jujitsu attack/defense/ arsenal. The video/distance learning course is 100.00 and the time in training is 1 year (the same as our Jujitsu, Karate and Weaponry courses!)
