The AMJ Freestyle Karate Course. Israel Velez III has completed the Karate course. The karate course style is freestyle karate . "Empty Hand Combat". It is a mixture of all the knowledge and self defense Instructor Israel Velez has studied. Israel Velez III has black belts in freestyle karate, kickboxing, shotokan, kempo, kenpo, Tang Soo Do, Tae Kwon Do, Yoshin ryu jujitsu and freestyle Jujitsu. The course also includes karate submission locks, quick tips to end a fight , how to make your punches and blocks faster and Boxing instruction . Instructor Velez will also show you how to train at home with a partner or by yourself. The Karate course is 100.00. Everything is included : AMJ membership, certificates, membership cards , curriculum and all shipping cost are included.

AMJ Weapon system: Mike Carmiche teaches you 5 major weapons of self defense: nunchaku, hard wood boken, katana (samurai sword), sai, and shuriken/shaken (throwing stars). The course is 100.00. Sensei Mike Carmiche is a weapon expert and has studied with several masters. He teaches his top weapons in this course. Time in training is the same. To complete your martial art knowledge you should know jujitsu, which covers the grappling, karate, which covers your stand up striking and weapons, which covers your ability to defend against a group of attackers. All your knowledge of becoming a martial art expert is knowing everything: Jujitsu, Karate, and Weapons. This course is not for sale at this time .

AMJ Pressure point/pain techniques (Shioku Waza): Sensei Carmiche will examine approximately 100 pressure points and numerous pain technique applications to add to your Jujitsu attack/defense/ arsenal. The video/distance learning course is 100.00 and the time in training is 1 year (the same as our Jujitsu, Karate and Weaponry courses!)
