The AMJ Classic Tournament III:

The AMJ Classic is a tournament in kicking, forms, weapons, and self defense demo. This is the Third online tournament in history. The top 3 in every category will win a prize: medals, award certificates, patches. Everyone will get a certificate for competing and a vhs tape of the tournament.. Send in a tape of yourself with your name and rank. You can enter all four events or just one. No extra charge. The last date to enter is July 01, 05 . If you have any questions feel free to email us. For kicks : show the AMJ your best kicks. Forms : show your best forms. Weapons : show your skill with your favorite weapon. Self defense demo : show the AMJ a demo of weapon disarment or self defense against multiple attackers. If you just want to enter without winning any prizes send us your tape and if you win we will email you a certificate of your placing . The contest is free to enter . If you want a copy of the classic and a medal and prizes it is 30.00 .

Enter the AMJ Board Breaking Contest

You compete against yourself. Register any board break. Take a photo of the break or video tape yourself and send it in. Everyone gets a certificate for the break they send in. If you break through one piece of one inch pine , you are a level one breaker. If you break through two pieces of wood you are a level two breaker . If you break through 3 pieces of wood or higher you are a level three breaker. The fee to enter the board breaking contest is 20.00. Please use one inch pine and the board lenth should be 10 to 12 inches. No spacers .

contest 1 a house tournament " your dojo only " , contest 2  an international board breaking tournament that all amj members can compete based on the honor system .contest 3 compete against yourself .   
house tournament and international contest contest 1 and 2  
gold medal break - at least 3 boards must be broken . we go by the most number of boards broken .
silver 2nd most numbers of boards broken
bronze 3rd most number of boards broken .
now this is the 3rd contest so every one goes home with a medal compete against yourself .
adult students
gold medal - 3 or more boards  must be broken
silver medal 2  boards must be broken
bronze 1 board must be broken .
kids
Gold - 2 boards must be broken ( any type of break )
silver  1 board broken but  not a basic break  ( elbow , palm , front kick , side kick, ridge hand, chop , heel kick ,  forearm, ) any type of break for silver except fore fist or hammer fist .         
no bronze
this gives everyone a chance to win a medal and some contestants will have the chance at 3 medals .
Please buy medals for your house tournament . For the AMJ International Board breaking tournament , Every AMJ member will get an email certificate sent to them with the placing they finished . Weight classes

Please use 1 inch pine 12 x 12 or 12 x 10
send in the results by email , record  what type of "break "upper body only for adults ". 
Please tell us the break , your weight , and tell us if you used spacers or no spacers. We are going by the honor system. If you take pictures of your break email them to us .  We record results by type of break , number of boards , and spacers and non spacers between boards . Any questions email us .  No charge to enter . ALL AMJ members welcome . AMJ , BHMA, DLMA , Sifu Tran's students , and Paul Corrigan students welcome . We recommend everyone use spacers . For the students that don't use spacers you will be judged separately because it is a harder break without spacers.
